Facilities Security
The Primus Data Centre is manned and monitored 24 hours every day. All visitors to the faciltiies are required to be identified and escorted by a member of our staff, ensuring the safety and security of customer equipment and visitors themselves.
All entry points to the Data Centre require a photographic key card, and each customer rack or enclosure is individually keyed.
Server & Equipment Monitoring
We monitor all our core infrastructure and equipment in real time, 24/7 - proactiving reacting to potential issues. Similiar monitoring is available for most customer equipment (colocated servers, firewalls, switches, routers, etc.) are as an additional service.
